1.The Family Medicine Department's morning consultation hours are from 08:00 to 12:00.
2. If there are many patients and the clinic needs to extend its hours, the end time of the above listed sessions will be adjusted accordingly.
3. There will be no outpatient services on Saturdays and Sundays, and closures on public holidays will be announced separately. However, 24-hour emergency services are available.
4. For any outpatient changes, please refer to the latest announcements on the official website.
Process for First-Time Outpatient Visitors Patient First Visit

1. Please bring your ID card, health insurance card, and any other proof of discounts (such as a disability certificate) to the outpatient registration counter to get a number and wait for your turn.
※ Patients under the age of 18 should register at the Pediatrics outpatient clinic.
Prepare personal official ID document on the spot, then visit our Information desk for assistance. -
Fill out the basic information form for first-time visits and complete the registration.
Come to First Visit Clinic for initial assessment/basic information enquiry. -
Go to the first-time visit/consultation room and complete the health status assessment form for the doctor’s reference during your visit.

At the designated department, insert your health insurance IC card to check in and wait for your turn.
Lead by our receptionist to the registered clinic. -
Doctor’s consultation.
Physician consultation. -
Our staff will bring you to the necessary Labs, Radiology Department, or Pharmacy.
Lead by our receptionist to the Laboratory, Radiology and Pharmacy Departments in need. -
Billing (Payment can be made at the counter as indicated on the payment slip, through the "Yizhifu" mobile payment app, or by using the self-service payment machine with credit card or cash).
Lead by receptionist to the Cashier for payment and receipt. -
Follow the medication signal lights at the pharmacy to pick up your prescription and receive consultation.

Return home safely.
.Whenever discharged, patient will receive health information booklets.
