Medical quality management is primarily intended to establish medical care quality standards as the foundation for quality management and to serve as a guide for clinical work. This ensures patient safety and promotes the advancement of the medical profession to a higher level of excellence. Additionally, it can assist patients in the prevention of diseases and the maintenance or promotion of health. The mission of Pingtung Christian Hospital Foundation (hereinafter referred to as our hospital) is to restore health and dignity through medical services with God's love and power. Following this mission, our hospital's vision is to become an excellent hospital, advocating and practicing holistic care. Our hospital has formulated strategic objectives based on our management philosophy, which highlight the need to promote patient-centered medical services. To this end, our hospital has specially organized the Hospital Safety and Medical Quality Management Committee. This committee is responsible for drafting and promoting our hospital's medical quality management and development plan and tracking the effectiveness of its implementation.
